It is nothing like the 99pro gen2 so if you think it’s going to be don’t buy it . But my experience with this racket it’s great a little less effort to clear from back court to back court with little effort on back hand than gen2 and smash has a bit more in it as you would expect as the gen3 is head heavy. Net play and mid court play is I think the same as gen2 but I do play doubles and I like to attack from front to back but to use any racket you need good technique but to sum it up the gen3 is now in my arsenal and it consists of pro gen3-pro gen2 -11 play -1000zz
