We care about your satisfaction as a customer. If you think you may have ordered the wrong item and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items back to us. If you change your mind regarding your order within 14 days of receiving your order, please:
- Contact us and report your return. You need to quote your order number and name of product that you wish to return.
Mail the product back to us together with a note describing the reason why you would like to return, shopping receipt, your name, phone number and email.

Please retain a tracking number or delivery reference. *You need to cover that return shipping costs, we will look after shipping costs dispatch from our side.
- Upon receiving your returns, we will make sure that the returned items meet the terms and conditions as stated below.
- If we are satisfied that your returns meet the requirements, you will receive the refund in the form of STORE CREDITS equivalent to the value you paid for it. All shipping costs are not refundable.
- 2G SPORTS reserves the right to refuse the return or charge up to 30% restocking fee if the item(s) are not in resellable condition.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
All product tags must still be attached to the item. All packaging that comes along with the product must also be returned to us. For example, if you return a racket, any racket covers that come with the racket must be returned to us.
Sale, Clearance items and stringing service are not returnable.
2G SPORTS reserves the rights to reject any returns.
If you have requested us to install strings on a racket, the racket is strictly not returnable.
If you have requested us to install strings on a racquet frame, it is not returnable. We guarantee that all badminton racquets sold by 2G SPORTS are brand new. When strings are installed, we will no longer be able to sell it to another customer.
Stringing service cannot be returned or refunded once it has been done.
If shoes have been used and you feel they are not "comfortable" without any quality issues, the shoes cannot be exchanged/ refunded, "personal feeling" is not eligible for warranty claim as well.
