Delivery Update

Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee. Subject to our Returns Policy, freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.

Handleling fee will be charged on orders under $150. 

International shipping costs may vary, depends on the country, duty and tax. 

Orders will go through Auspost, we are always trying our best to dispatch your orders asap, normally we dispatch all orders within two business days.

Sometimes we cannot dispatch on time when Auspost is closed during public holidays like Christmas and New Year. 

 

Non-Signature Delivery and Lost Orders

To provide greater clarity regarding deliveries that do not require a signature, please review the following policy:

Delivery Confirmation
For orders with a tracking status marked as "Delivered – Left in a Safe Place," the parcel will be considered successfully delivered and fulfilled. Once a parcel has been delivered to the nominated location and confirmed by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery is considered complete, unless the shipping carrier confirms the parcel was lost due to their own handling error.

Liability for Lost Parcels
If a parcel is reported missing after being marked as "Delivered – Left in a Safe Place," we are unable to accept responsibility for the loss or any related claims. However, if the shipping carrier (such as Australia Post) confirms that the parcel was lost due to their actions, we will work closely with them to assist in resolving the matter.

What To Do If Your Parcel Cannot Be Located

If your order has been marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Check Around the Delivery Location
Please check around your property, including safe locations where the parcel may have been left, and with household members or neighbours who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

2. Contact the Shipping Carrier
Reach out directly to the shipping carrier for any available delivery information, photos, or further assistance in locating the parcel.

3. Contact Local Police (if required)
If you believe the parcel may have been stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local police department for investigation and documentation purposes.

While we cannot accept liability once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered, we will always do our best to assist you and work with the shipping carrier where possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Please carefully review your order details before finalising your purchase.

If the Wrong Address Is Provided

  • If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.

  • We will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any address changes.

Orders Already Shipped

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:

    1. Resend the parcel once it has been returned, after payment of a re-delivery fee; or

    2. Refund the order (excluding original shipping cost) if you choose not to have it resent. *Please note: even if your order qualified for free shipping, the actual delivery cost paid to the courier will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to an error made by the customer, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

Delivery Delays

Please note that providing an incorrect or incomplete address may cause significant delays in delivery. We recommend double-checking your details before placing your order.

 

Oversea buyers:

Your order will be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country, which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, 2G SPORTS has no control over these charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Refusal to pay the local import duties and taxes will result in the goods either being:

  • destroyed by customs; or
  • goods being returned to sender at the cost of the consignee (costs will be deducted from any refund owed).

If your order is being held by your local customs office, you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process.

 

How do we protect your equipment during the delivery process?

Firstly, handling with love and care.

Usually we use special made High-quality Cardboard Boxes or Premium Poly Satchels to protech your racquets, shoes, bags and other equipment from any damage during the delivery process.

We choose Australia Post to dispatch orders for our valued customers because we believe their service is fast, secure, and reliable.
